This privacy policy explains how No Code Sage Limited (Company No. 14458853), trading as NCS, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website at ncs.agency.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

We run two analytics tools on this site. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate and sets nothing on your device. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use pages, and runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Both are listed in our Cookie Policy and in the provider table below.

A current named list of providers is available on request. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law.
6. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
